Who is it for?

This one hour interactive masterclass is for young people aged 10-18. Parents can to join in too!

Do they feel socially anxious, worry about what people think, have worries about their health, fear change, or overthink everything? 

You will learn more about symptoms and casues of anxiety AND how to feel less anxious and more confident. You and your child will find this power hour empowering and enlightening!

1. Do I have to interact or be visible to others attending?
Answer - No, you will be watching and listening at home. No one will see or hear you. You will have the option to chat by text if you want. No pressure!

2. What if my teen/tween doesn't want to attend?

Answer: There will be a recording so you can share with them if/when they are ready.

Alison Hollingshead – MBACP Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor.

Alison specialises in empowering people to improve self-belief, build resilience, and to develop fulfilling relationships through therapeutic sessions, courses, and psycho-educational products.

It is Alison life mission to empower families, children, young people, and adults to believe in themselves. She is founder and host to The Self-Belief Project, which is a supportive community for parents, providing resources to help improve self-belief, resilience and relationships in children and young people.

With a degree in psychology, a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, and over 15 years’ experience and training in the mental health field, Alison prides herself on being an ethical and effective client-centred therapist and coach. She is able to transform people’s lives for the better through the use of her therapeutic interventions, drawing from her qualifications, training and extensive experience.
